We endeavour to stay abreast of the ever-changing recruitment industry and its current trends. Our commitment is to always strive to assess and match a candidate’s experience, expertise, skills and personality to the client’s mission, vision and culture.
We organise and present workshops to ensure our clients remain in touch with the latest environmental changes and redefined legislation. Working for a few selected clients ensures that we can align our strategy to that of the client and deliver quality business; hence we make their recruitment and retention initiatives our business.

Background and Experience
Veronica Nobuzwe Matlaila is a B.Com in Human Resource Management graduate and has worked in Human Resources since 1994, after working in the marketing industry for 5 years. She started her HR career with Campus Graduate Recruitment, hence the passion and love for recruitment and selection.
Her HR Generalist portfolio has exposed her to the various dynamics of Human Resources including: recruitment and selection, employee induction, employee relations, employee wellness, learning and development, workforce diversity, performance management, HR policies and procedures, talent management, transformation management as well as remuneration and benefits.
